I’m honored to share that I was recently featured by Alfa Charlie Creative Agency in their Women at the Helm series—an interview series celebrating women founders who are reshaping the future of healthcare and femtech.

This feature dives into the story behind Therapy Coverage: how the idea was born, the systemic gaps it addresses, and why sustainable practice isn’t just a clinician issue—it’s a healthcare infrastructure issue. The article explores my background in crisis work, the gender-based data gaps across healthcare, and the need for built-in systems that allow therapists—especially women—to step away without sacrificing their practice or their clients.

At the heart of the interview is a message I care deeply about:Therapists deserve infrastructure that supports rest, balance, and continuity of care—not systems that force them to choose between their wellbeing and their livelihood.

Below is a brief excerpt from the full article:

“Ana Zedginidze remembers the moment clearly. As a therapist specializing in urgent and crisis cases, she understood the weight of being someone’s lifeline. But she also understood something else: the impossible calculus that private practice therapists face when they need to step away… That realization became the seed for Therapy Coverage, a platform designed to solve a problem that has long been treated as unsolvable.”

I’m grateful to Alfa Charlie for spotlighting this work and for championing women innovators across mental health, femtech, and beyond.
